Pea protein for clarification.
Dissolve INOFIN V in 10 times its weight in water and stir well until a homogeneous suspension is formed.
To achieve good mixing, the entire contents of the tank are pumped round.
To achieve a better effect, the pea protein can be combined with bentonite, tannin, silica or gelatine.
The use of INOFINE V in flotation is possible.
The combination with oenological activated carbon optimises the treatment and accelerates sedimentation.
Dosage
- For the treatment of white and rosé musts during settling or winemaking: 20 to 40 g/hL depending on the health of the harvest.
- For the treatment of pressed juices: 30 to 50 g/hL
- For the flotation of white and rosé musts: 10 to 20 g/hL
- For the fining of white, rosé and red wines: 10 to 20 g/hL
Pre-tests are recommended before each fining to determine the dosage.
INOFINE V does not contain any compound that has been tested as an allergen in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011
