Litto Fresh Origin is used for clarification and harmonisation. It is casein-free and non-allergenic. Litto Fresh Origin is made on the basis of a plant protein from genetically non-modified peas.
Purpose
Must: As a gelatine substitute for clarification. In white and rosé must, FloraClair selectively adsorbs yellow and brown tones and refreshes the colour.
Young wine: For clarification in white and rosé wine in combination with acidic silica sol (Blankasit Art. No. 69.417). When clarifying red wine, Littio Fresh Origin can also be used as a single component depending on the tannin content.
In addition to clarification, the tannin structure is harmonised.
