Addition. Tannin from grape skin and ellagic tannins. Tannin GS supports colour stabilisation and is recommended for sensory rounding.
Contributes to biological stability. Suitable for both red and complex white wines.
Application: Dissolve in hot water and stir in carefully.
Time of addition: at least 8 days before bottling.
Dosage (after preliminary test): 1 - 30 g/hl. Do not overdose
