Accuvin test kit for malolactic fermentation (MLF) (0-500 mg/L malic acid)
Description
The Accuvin Malic Acid Wine Test Kit is used to monitor the decrease of malic acid during malolactic fermentation (MLF). The test range is between 0 and 500 mg/L. No colour indicates a malic acid concentration at or near 0 mg/L.
The test has a unique membrane integrated into each test strip that selectively removes interfering colour pigments. As a result, this test can be used for both red and white wines without the need for adjustments or pre-treatment.
