Powder product for preventive must treatment. Made from cellulose, PVPP, gelatine and a mineral adsorber. Easily dispersible for direct application.
Purpose: Removes excess polyphenols that have a negative effect on the wine at the pre-wine stage. Use in the must or mash. Reduces unpleasant bitterness and astringency.
