Pectolytic enzyme for wine and grape juice production as well as for apple juice.
Dosage: 2-4 g / hl, dissolve in 10 times the amount of water
Dosage for grapes:
Maceration: 2-4 g / hl for 2-4 hours at 10-20 °C
Must clarification / flotation: 1-2 g / hl during 1-2 hours
Application like Ultrazym 100 G.
WARNING
H 334 May cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled.
P 216 Avoid breathing dust / fume / gas / mist / vapour / spray.
P342 + P311 If respiratory symptoms occur: Call a POISON CENTER/doctor/.../.
P304+P340 If inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
