Product based on chitin derivative, vegetable protein and tartaric acid for the fining of white and rosé must and the preventive treatment of oxidation of white wine.
Application
Suspend in 10 times the weight of water. Homogenise well and add to the must (before or during fermentation) or wine using a dosing pump or connector. Remove after complete sedimentation.
Dosage
Must / must: 10 to 30 g / hl
Pressed juice: 20 to 50 g / hl
Wine: 10 to 30 g / hl
IMPORTANT: the product contains tartaric acid, the applicable legal regulations for the addition must be observed and the limits adhered to.
Composition: Tartaric acid L+ (purity > 99.7 %), pea protein (nitrogen content > 65 %), chitosan (mushroom-based)
Storage: in a dry, odourless, well-ventilated room between 5 °C and 25 °C, use quickly after opening, use on the same day after preparation.
DANGER
Causes skin irritation
Causes serious eye damage.
Wash thoroughly after handling.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing.
Immediately call a POISON CENTRE or doctor. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
