SPHERE EXPRESS is a formulation rich in inactivated yeasts and specific mannoproteins.
Its granulometry favours a large contact surface between the wine and the beneficial components of the yeast, while
reducing the powderiness of the product. A highly active formulation, SPHERES EXPRESS
enables a very rapid increase in the perception of roundness, fullness and length in the mouth.
The absence of sulphite reductase activity also guarantees its neutrality towards sulphurous odours, the so-called "reduction".
