For the flotation of white, rosé and red musts.
Flotation aid. Prevents oxidation in musts made from white and rosé grapes.
Formulated on the basis of biopolymers of chitin derivatives and tartaric acid.
Truly innovative flotation aid: natural, biodegradable, non-allergenic and non-toxic. Contains no products of animal origin.
Dosage :
Musts from white and rosé grapes : 2 - 10 g / hl
Musts from red grapes after heat treatment : 5 -15 g / hl
Please determine the appropriate dosage by means of a preliminary sample!
