Rectified grape must concentrate (RTK 50% glucose / 50% fructose ) completely neutral, therefore does not change the character of the wine when imparting residual sweetness.
MCR = moût concentré rectifié, which corresponds to RTK
Use in accordance with current laws and regulations. Please observe the maximum permitted concentrations and check the current legislation before use!
Concentration: 63 °Brix
Sugar per litre: 843.8 g (density 1.3121)
115 ml / hl results in an increase in residual sugar of approx. 1 g / litre
Note on the application
Crystallisation / clouding may occur during storage. Dilution will dissolve the crystallisation again. Stir the RTK Sucraisin container well before use.
Storage
Store in a dry and cool place
Consume quickly after opening.
