Vacuum filler 4-digit ENOLmaster Plus, max 40 °C

The practical small filler for filling still products up to max. 40°C. Capacity approx. 700 / 0.75 litre bottles per hour.
The filler can be supplemented with a cartridge filter (23.307).
Not explosion-proof!


How the filler works:
The bottles are clamped. It is important that air cannot enter anywhere.
The filling process is stopped when the liquid reaches the lower edge of the filling valve.
If the full bottle remains in the filler, the excess liquid goes into the overflow container. The bottle does not overflow.
If the filling valve is closed (i.e. no bottle is underneath it), no liquid circulates and therefore the overflow container does not fill up.
The filling speed can be regulated with the strength of the vacuum.
