Foam inhibitor, concentrated.
Reduces the surface tension.
Dosage:
2 g / hl mash before fermentation
2-5 g / hl mash before distillation
Use: Dilute 1:1 with water and apply to the surface of the mash or to the inside wall of the vessel.
This product is of course food-safe. It consists of silicone oils and is colourless, odourless and tasteless.
Important: this product is frost-sensitive!
