The semi-automatic round filler for standard bottles. Simple & well thought out. The filler is designed like a machine from the 1960s, with materials from today. This makes the device low-maintenance & it can hardly become defective. And should there ever be a defect, it is very easy to repair.
The machine is made of 1.4301 stainless steel. Mobile on 4 castors. 4 support rods.
For filling glass bottles from 0.375 to 2.0 litres. 12 lifters Ø 15 mm. Capacity approx. 600 to 1,800 bottles/h. Variable speed gear motor 400 V 3P+N+T, 50 Hz, 0.37 kW.
Bottle feed from below by gravity or centrifugal pump; inlet valve with 1 ''G AG thread.
For aqueous, still products.
Not suitable for flammable, toxic or explosive liquids.
