FermoBent®PORE-TEC is a very loosely granulated, extremely low-iron and highly effective bentonite for treating must. It can remain in the must during fermentation and is separated off with the lees at the end of fermentation. The direct addition saves time during the autumn phase. Purpose: Early and sustainable protein stabilisation in the must stage. Good removal of fermentation-inhibiting must constituents. Separation of lees together with the yeast lees. Dosage: 50 - 200 g/hl.
