Enzyme preparation for the liquefaction of potato starch
Application: Pre-dilute the required amount of enzyme in approx. 10 times the amount of tap water and mash with the potatoes, then leave to liquefy for 30 minutes. Please refer to the data sheet.
Ideal temperature: 85 - 95 °C
Optimum pH: pH 5.4 - 5.8.
Dosage 50 - 70 ml / 1000 kg
Store in a cool place.

P 216 Avoid breathing dust / fume / gas / mist / vapour / spray.
