For determining the starch content in cooled wort!
Add a few drops of iodine solution to a small amount of separate wort.
If the wort turns blue, purple or red, then not all the starch has been converted.
If there is no colouring, then all the starch has been converted.
This product is also suitable for determining the starch content of apples.
