Cuvée 5: Comparable to a new French oak barrel, Cuvée No. 5 emphasises the aromatic freshness through a delicate combination of spices with a toasted character, its supple tannins strengthen the structure of the wine and respect the natural expression of the grape variety.
Mini-Staves length 45 cm, Cuvée 5, French oak.
1 bag contains 40 mini-staves (=20 staves).
The wood is toasted on one side only.
Recommended dosage:
1 bag for 2000 litres (2 ministaves / hl)
