Stainless steel housing and rotor, neoprene stator. For pumping low-viscosity and highly viscous media, without fibre and solid inclusions.
Self-priming up to 6 mWs, pressure head 40 mWs. Operating temperature up to 80 °C.
Do not run dry. Ready for operation with motor protection reversing switch.
With electric frequency converter. This allows the output to be adjusted from approx. 40 % to approx. 85 %.
ELVA progressing cavity pumps are ideal universal pumps for wineries, fruit juice cellars, breweries and distilleries. The cavities between the rotor and stator, which remain the same size, are "pushed" from the suction side to the discharge side during pumping. ELVA progressive cavity pumps ensure particularly gentle pumping.
Yeast, wine, must and concentrates are pumped without any problems.
This pump is too small for pumping mashes. From Rubis 100 upwards, whole fruit, spent grains and mashes can be pumped.
The delivery pressure can be regulated at any time thanks to the built-in bypass regulation.
