The new Vortex vacuum vaporizer uses patented Vacuum Vortex technology to open up new application possibilities for vacuum vaporizers. Its compact design achieves high power in a small space, making vacuum vaporization accessible even to small users.
The Vortex has a variety of applications in the beverage industry, including the concentration of wine must to increase alcohol content, the reduction of alcohol in wine after fermentation, the dealcoholization of wine and cider, the distillation of liquid molasses, and the separation of highly volatile aromas.
The unit can be connected to an external tank with a capacity of 200 liters or more. It comes with a stainless steel vessel, a condenser for steam condensation (cooling water must be supplied separately), an integrated vacuum pump, inert gas injection (nitrogen source not included) and a touchscreen interface for control.
Additional options, such as a rectifying column with stainless steel packaging, an aroma recovery stage and additional electric heating to boost production, are also available.
