For determining the alcohol content in wines according to Dujardin-Salléron. Manufacturer: GAB
Only for low-sugar drinks up to approx. 17 % alcohol by volume. With spirit boiler.
Please note: the spare parts are not compatible with the original Dujardin-Salléron ebulliometer.
Calibration with a standard solution increases the accuracy of the analysis. Calibration can also be carried out with water, but this will make the analysis less accurate.
Measuring range: 0-17 % vol
Precision: 0.1 % vol. +/- 0.15 % vol
Boiling time: approx. 3-5 minutes
