Combination preparation (pure yeast, yeast nutrient and pectinase) for the safe liquefaction and fermentation of distilling mashes.
Dosage:
Stone fruit: 30 g - 40 g / hl
Pome fruit: 50 g - 60 g / hl
Berries: 60 - 80 g / hl
The specified dosages apply to mashing healthy fruit. Unfavourable conditions require higher dosages.
Recommended pH of the mash: pH 3 - pH 3.5
Application: sprinkle the required amount of Gärquick plus in 10-20 times the amount of water at 20-30 +C. Stir after a few minutes and add to the mash within half an hour. Mix homogeneously. The fruit must be crushed before use. The ideal fermentation temperature is between 10 and 20 °C.
Shelf life 1-2 years in unopened bag.
