Vinegar set for making your own vinegar (does not contain base wine)

Make your own vinegar at home.
With our vinegar set, you get everything you need to get started right away, from the vinegar mother to the vinegar bottle.
All you need is the base wine (alcohol content below 10 % by volume), which should ideally have little or no sulphur (free sulphur in the wine should never exceed 20 mg/l).
As well as a warm location with a temperature of 25°C - 28°C. All other tips and tricks as well as recipes can be found in the book Vinegar and Mustard
