ELVA Sertalu S41 standard capping machine without capping head

Manual machine for rolling on aluminium roll-on closures on flaps with threaded ends.
Precise roll-on result as on automatic machines thanks to defined axial pressure.

The manual capper can be equipped for wine bottles BVS 30/60 or BVS-28, as well as for syrup bottles, oil bottles, juice bottles (MCA) and schnapps bottles (PP-31)

Working method:
Manual operation with pedal and crank for small series; without motor. The thread is moulded into the capsule and the safety ring / snap ring is pressed on ('flanging').
With the foot pedal it is possible to produce the head pressure of approx. 180 kg in a simple, convenient way. With our device, you can seal small batches with the sealing quality of an automatic filling machine.
